PCH Treatment Center announces The Dual Integrative Recovery Program
Dual Integrative Recovery Program
The Psychological Basis of Addiction
PCH Treatment Center presents a unique program designed for individuals with Dual Diagnosis – co-occurring substance abuse and psychological issues such as Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Personality problems, Anxiety Disorders and Psychological Trauma including PTSD. Often individuals with Dual Diagnosis are receiving some psychological treatment, but those with more complicated issues may need a higher level of containment and expertise that PCH Treatment offers with our intensive psychological approach.
The PCH Dual Diagnosis partial day program runs Monday through Thursday from 1-4 p.m. We focus on the interrelationship between psychological dysfunction and addiction through diverse group therapies including Grief and Loss, Process, Relationship Differentiation, Mindfulness, Life Skills, Relapse Prevention and Management, and Emotional Pathways. We are 12-step friendly.
The Dual Integrative Recovery Program is appropriate for sober living residents, individuals in or completing residential treatment, students, and working professionals who are disrupting their lives with substance abuse and other self-medicating behaviors.
PCH Treatment Center, as specialists in psychological care, provide optional resources including a full Day Treatment Program, an Intensive Treatment Program with Residence, as well as individual psychotherapy sessions, sober coaching, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Holistic Activities.
PCH Treatment Center also offers a work internship program for our Clients, which provides structure and real-world work experience for Clients transitioning out of treatment.
