On Sunday afternoon, December 5, 2010, Drs. Jeff Ball and Terry Krekorian, representing PCH Treatment Center, attended the Visions Adolescent Treatment Center Reception in Santa Monica honoring Angels at Risk. The setting was fantastic, with a beautiful house and great company. Entertainment was provided by Jackson Browne, backed up by two church choir singers with angelic voices and a contribution by blues guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd.  Overall a great afternoon that was enjoyed by all.

Our society is faced with the daunting challenge of preventing the chaos of drug and alcohol use and abuse that devastates so many families and tears our social-fabric. Angels at Risk is addressing this issue as a family, using the child’s crisis as a vehicle to help the entire family grow in their hearts. Drug and alcohol use and abuse wrecks homes, breaks hearts and ruins families. With early education, prevention, intervention and treatment, we can help our children reach their full potential and become productive members of society.
