Allison Stepka received her BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavioral Neuroscience from Loyola Marymount University and her MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. During her graduate school internships, Allison worked with adolescent boys at a school-based program through the non-profit Counseling Partners of Los Angeles. Allison has worked at PCH since 2017 in a variety of roles, including Executive Assistant to the CEO, Exposure and Response Prevention Coach, Continuing Education Program Administrator, and now as an Assistant Client Program Director, where she provides case management, group facilitation, assessment, and clinical support to our clients.
