Jane is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field. She received her BA at USC and her masters at Pacific Oaks College. Her experience includes working in hospital settings, mental health facilities and private practice. She has worked with individuals, couples, families and groups. She has knowledge of several evidenced practices such as CBT, DBT and Seeking Safety to name a few. She ran a stress management program at Santa Monica/UCLA hospital conducting Biofeedback, individual and group therapy. She was also the facilitator for the behavioral portion of a medically supervised weight loss program and provided in-service trainings to doctors and interns on the benefits and uses of Biofeedback. Jane facilitated grief groups at ‘Our House” in west Los Angeles for two years. Prior to joining the PCH team, Jane worked at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services for almost 20 years. Here she worked with a variety of populations, age groups and disorders. Jane is passionate about her work and has a strong sense of professionalism. Currently at PCH, Jane is facilitating a Bipolar group and a process group and is looking forward to many more future opportunities at the center.
