Dr. Liz Rosenblatt works with those who may be having a critical event, life transition or a chronic issue her goal is to provide an experience of connection, normalization, education, creativity, humor and a place to say everything.
As a clinical psychologist her practice led her into working with clay. In her on-going work has found that clay is a powerful medium to help people work through many issues such as anger, grief and loss, fear, guilt and blocked speaking. Instead of traditional talk based therapies, utilizing clay is especially helpful for people who find it difficult to articulate their feelings. It also engages their concentration, focus of attention, patience, and problem solving abilities. Clay therapy may help a person move from painful emotional experiences to inner growth and healing.
