At PCH, we prefer to put names and faces to the philosophy guiding our approach whenever possible. To better accomplish that, we will begin sharing the firsthand perspectives of the people behind our treatment programs with monthly staff interviews.

1. What’s your favorite mental health or well being quote?
A quote that has stuck with me is “Walk in Your Truth.” It’s a super simple phrase but something that has held significant weight in my life. It means that no matter what other individuals may think or say about you, you should live each day as your most authentic self. Do what brings you happiness regardless of who may or may not support it, and be as true to yourself as you can.
2. What inspires you most at PCH?
Working in the admissions department, I’ve seen individuals come in in their most vulnerable states. It’s truly inspiring and fulfilling to watch how individuals can evolve after diligent self work, alongside the fostering from devoted PCH staff and clinicians.
