The Artivism Project is a vital arm of the PCH Social Justice Initiative, which began in the wake of the murder of George Floyd. We believe that art has the power not only to reflect the world but to challenge it—provoking thought, fostering understanding, and advancing justice.

Artists have always held a unique place in society—as truth-tellers, visionaries, and catalysts for change. The PCH Artivism Show continues this legacy, offering a platform for work that engages with critical social issues including:

• Racism and racial injustice
• Othering and implicit/explicit bias
• Economic inequality
• Immigration and displacement
• Homelessness
• Gender and LGBTQ+ equality
• Criminal justice and prison reform
• Police brutality and gun violence

This exhibition is an opportunity to share pieces that speak to the experiences of the Black community and other communities of color, offering space for reflection, empowerment, and connection.

We invite you to submit your artwork for consideration. Whether you are an established artist or emerging creative, we welcome voices that engage with social themes and aim to create impact through expression.
