Kelly Wu, LCSW, is the Chief Operating Officer at PCH, where she brings over a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare with a steadfast commitment to client-centered treatment. As a licensed clinical social worker, Kelly has dedicated her career to creating supportive, effective, and compassionate environments for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

Her leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of client needs, gained through years of direct clinical work and program development. In her role as COO, Kelly oversees all aspects of daily operations with a focus on enhancing the client experience, from ensuring clinical excellence and continuity of care to supporting a culture of empathy and respect across the organization.

Kelly’s work is driven by the belief that every client deserves personalized, evidence-based care in a safe and healing setting. She leads multidisciplinary teams, integrates best practices into treatment models, and fosters a responsive, high-quality care system that meets individuals where they are in their recovery journey.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from Southern New Hampshire University; a Master of Social Work, Dean’s List, from the University of Southern California; and a Certificate in Substance Use Counseling from the University of California, Los Angeles.
