Michelle Hsieh
Clinical Program Manager: ERP & Family Program,

Michelle Hsieh is an ERP Co-Head Coach at Psychological Care and Healing Center (PCH) and a Graduate Research Assistant in the SALUD Lab at California State University, Northridge. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology (2025–2027) as part of the Clinical Research Track.

Michelle has experience working in both clinical and research settings, including roles at California State University, Northridge and PCH. Her work focuses on supporting individuals with OCD and anxiety-related disorders through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with an emphasis on practical, skills-based implementation.

She brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to treatment, helping clients build tolerance for uncertainty and engage in meaningful, values-driven change.
