
Rick brings more than four decades of leadership experience across the financial and behavioral healthcare industries. After a successful career in banking and finance, he entered behavioral healthcare in 2002 and has since held senior executive roles in business development, marketing, admissions, and professional relations at nationally recognized treatment organizations.
Throughout his career, Rick has remained dedicated to helping individuals and families find hope and healing. Trained as a Chemical Dependency Counselor and in several intervention models, he has built a career centered on relationship development, advocacy, and connecting people with life-changing care. His unique blend of business expertise and behavioral healthcare experience enables him to support organizational growth while never losing sight of the individuals and families we serve.

Rick is an active leader within the behavioral health community. He is a member of the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP). He also serves as Co-Chair of the Dallas-Fort Worth Behavioral Health Symposium, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas 24 Hour Club, and advises several nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting underserved populations.
As National Professional Relations Consultant, Rick will help expand PCH's national outreach, strengthen strategic partnerships, and further our commitment to delivering exceptional, individualized behavioral healthcare to those seeking healing and lasting wellness.
