Sarah is the Director of Integrated Services, bringing more than a decade of experience across behavioral health treatment. She’s worked her way through a range of roles, from overnight technician, to lead detox nurse, to operations director at a residential program. That foundation now informs her oversight of medical and psychiatric care across multiple levels of care within PCH’s ecosystem.That range shows in everything she does. Years of detox nursing sharpened her clinical instincts for medications and for the symptoms that need attention before they escalate. Operations leadership taught her how a program runs, where it breaks down, and what good documentation demands.
