Over the years, he has served in many roles including Admissions Coordinator, Admissions Director, Executive Director of Operations and Client Experience, and Chief Operations Officer. Each chapter has given him a deep understanding of the people, the culture, and the mission that define PCH.
Scott brings both heart and strategy to his work. Having grown within the organization, he understands how every department connects and how thoughtful planning directly impacts the client experience.
